To create tasks, limit anonymous abuse, generate and deliver reports, provide support, and protect service security, the audit service may retain the submitted target URL, public crawl evidence, task status, hashed IP, browser information, order linkage, and generated reports. Hashed IP data is used for limits and security decisions and is not displayed publicly on audit pages.

Audit report files are retained for 180 days by default and may then be deleted or anonymized; a shorter period displayed on the relevant page takes precedence. Order, payment, refund, and necessary audit records may be retained longer for legal, financial, and dispute-handling purposes and are not deleted with report files.

Users must not submit login credentials, administrative URLs, sensitive personal information, or non-public data. Public content collected from a target site remains subject to the rights holder's rules and applicable law.
